  • We primarily operate with Cash on Delivery (COD). For prepaid orders (if available), payments are processed securely through third-party gateways.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier services.

  • Once an order is dispatched, Jewelistic.pk is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be mentioned at checkout.

7. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns or exchanges only under our Return & Refund Policy (separate page).

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging within the allowed time period.
